In commemoration of the 79th Indonesian Independence Day, ASA Group Indonesia held various exciting competitions involving all employees. This event was not only a form of respect for Indonesian independence but also aimed to strengthen camaraderie and foster teamwork among all team members. The competition started with the ‘Pen in a Bottle’ game, where participants were tested on their precision and stability by trying to put a pen into a bottle from a certain distance in groups. Success in this competition greatly depended on concentration, team strategy, and accuracy of movement.
Next, the ‘Marble in a Spoon’ relay race tested the participants’ balance and coordination. In this competition, participants had to transfer marbles from one point to another using a spoon held in their mouth, followed by their teammates. This game added excitement and laughter to each session. The ‘Marble on Paper’ relay was the next challenge. Participants had to move the marbles using a piece of paper without touching them directly, relying on teamwork and a well-thought-out strategy. This was followed by ‘Guess the Word’, a game that required communication skills and knowledge, where one team member gave clues without mentioning the keyword, while teammates had to guess the word within a specified time.
The ‘General Knowledge’ quiz tested participants’ general knowledge and speed of thinking with various interesting questions. The final competition, ‘Arm Wrestling’, was an arena for testing physical strength. This competition tested the participants’ arm strength in an exciting match filled with healthy competition. This event was not only a competition but also a moment full of joy and togetherness. Each competition was filled with laughter and cheers, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
All participants showed great enthusiasm, making this celebration very successful and memorable. To conclude, the event ended with a group photo that captured the special moments throughout the day.
