On 18 November 2023, the Founder and president of ASA Group Indoneisa, Lukman Dharma Holis, S.T., B.Eng. was invited to share his success story at the ‘Brewing Up Information, Learning, and Discussions’ event organised by the Civil Engineering and Architecture study programme of Petra Christian University. The event took place at People’s Cafe, Tunjungan Plaza 3, Surabaya.

In this talk show, our founder will share his inspiring career journey, the challenges he has faced, and how he overcame various obstacles to achieve success. We are confident that his stories and experiences will provide motivation and valuable insights for the students and young professionals in attendance.

He shared the secrets behind ASA Group Indonesia’s success. He shared the importance of innovation, collaboration, and commitment to quality in every project undertaken. In addition, he also shared tips for students who want to pursue a career in construction.

This event was not only a place to share knowledge, but also a place for students to interact directly with Mr Lukman. The event was closed with an interactive question and answer session. The students enthusiastically asked questions about various aspects of the construction industry.

Many questions were asked, ranging from questions about the challenges of managing a construction company to tips for building a professional network. With enthusiasm, Mr Lukman answered every question asked. He hopes that his presence can inspire students to achieve higher and contribute to building a better Indonesia.
