Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering (D3 graduates with relevant experience will also be considered).
At least 2 years of experience in construction project procurement, including building materials and subcontractor services.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experienced in handling the procurement process for construction materials, price negotiation, and vendor evaluation.
Skilled in building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Capable of reading construction drawings (shop drawings) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to manage procurement of services required for construction projects.
Initiative-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and quick-thinking.
Communicative, honest, and responsible.
Must be willing to attend onsite interviews (our office is located in Surabaya).

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cost Control Staff in the construction field
Skilled in project cost planning, scheduling, and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus
Experienced in preparing and managing procurement or expense reports
Able to maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Initiative-driven, proactive, firm, and responsive
Communicative, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
Preferably domiciled in Surabaya or surrounding areas
Graduate in Civil Engineering
Preferably has at least 2 years of experience in construction as a site supervisor
Willing to be placed in Bali
Able to read and understand construction drawings
Capable of supervising and coordinating on-site project activities
Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to work well in a team
Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong in problem-solving
Responsible and able to work under pressure
Active English proficiency is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a PR Officer, Public Affairs Specialist, or similar role.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.
Comfortable interacting with media, government bodies, the general public, and project stakeholders.
Able to create press releases, publication content, media reports, and presentation materials.
Proficient in using social media, email marketing, and digital communication tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Suite, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Familiar with project documentation, media briefings, and PR events (e.g., groundbreaking, topping off, CSR initiatives, etc.).
Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong in public speaking and professional presentation.
Proactive, communicative, and has high work ethics, with the ability to convey information diplomatically.
Interested in the world of construction, development, and its impact on communities.
